Stantec would like clarification on the following items per the Project 23.09 RFQ:
1. In section 2.1.2 of the RFQ, it states for the firm to include Construction Contractor's Name and Contact Info. Key contact, and project manager of contractor. Is this request specifically exclusively for CMAR projects included in Section 2.1 or all project delivery types in 2.1" If the firm was not involved extensively during construction, may we disregard the above requested information in 2.1.2.?
2. On page 9 of the RFQ, it states that "Submittals are limited to...pages, single sided on standard size paper." May the firm include 11"x17" paper in sections requiring complex information/graphics such as the Organization Chart?

1. Section 2.1.2 can include all project delivery types including CMAR. SMCFD recommends including projects that were listed under 2.1.1.
2. Additional information can be included in the Appendix to the SOQ, which are not required to be standard sized paper.

The District is unable to provide the anticipated value/budget or completion date. However, the anticipated start date would be 30 days after the contract date if awarded.
The District does not hold a Plan Holders List.
