The bid package Cost Proposal sheet has been amended to include the estimated quantities (Cut: 26,417.03 & Fill: 920.02) and has been uploaded to the District website allowing for competitive bidding. What are acceptable working hours while on the SMCFD property during Construction?

Are there compaction requirements for the proposed recharge basins, floors and slopes?

Is the Hydrant Meter being provided by SMCFD throughout project duration or will this be the selected contractor responsibility to provide?

Please confirm if the bid quantity includes the Phase 2 Basin 12 for construction in this bidding phase. It’s been identified on the plans that there are different volume of cuts for (Basins 8-11) and (Basins 8-12).
